Too young to use online dating
With a dating site, on the other hand, it seems as if that obstacle is taken out to a large extent: by joining the site, you pretty much make it clear what your intentions are without having to state them, and rejection is a lot easier to take from someone who's just a face on a computer screen who you'll probably never meet, rather than a real flesh-and-blood person who you'll probably still see around and might have friends in common with. Is 20/21 too young to join a dating site - will people assume you must be unattractive or socially inept to be joining one at such a young age, and would there be a decently sized pool of women of the same kind of age on there?
Apologies for the slightly rambling post, but thanks in advance for your opinions!
They don’t have time to “date around” several times a week.(actually neither would I). Women, being more vulnerable than men, are more hesitant to date online, so you get a situation where there’s a lot more men than women.
I'm also worried that I'm not going to get very many replies or that once they see me in person they will be disappointed.I'm especially nervous about putting a picture of myself out there for the world to see.I keep thinking that someone I know is going to come across it and think I'm desperate and pathetic for looking for dates on the internet. I know logically a lot of people date this way now and it's pretty normal but part of me feels like a loser for not being able to meet someone the old-fashioned way. After you create your account, you'll be able to customize options and access all our 15,000 new posts/day with fewer ads.If you actually were surprised to be on dates with mentally ill women, one with 'very bad' symptoms of schizophrenia (are there any good symptoms?
